Well, well, well… look who finally decided to update her blog! Sorry for the radio silence, but trust me, life has been serving me one plot twist after another, and I genuinely don’t know where to begin. So, let’s start with the best part—I’m officially a homeowner! Yes, you read that right. Manifestation works, people! I now own a property in Gardenville Subdivision in Brgy. Tangub, Bacolod City.
So, let’s start with the best part—I’m officially a homeowner!
This has not been an easy journey, though. We have always wanted to own our own home, but it seemed like every time we got close to making it happen, something would come up and push our plans aside. When we were first planning to move out of our parents’ house in Hinigaran, my father suffered a stroke. Of course, family comes first, and we had to set our dreams aside to focus on his recovery and support him in any way we could. And then, there was always the financial side of things—most of the time, we were just short on budget or had to prioritize more urgent expenses. Unlike some people who can just buy properties on a whim, we’re not rich. Every step towards homeownership for us required careful planning, saving, and making sacrifices.

Finally, after years of delays and detours, we’ve managed to secure a place of our own. But before you start imagining housewarming parties and cozy interiors, let’s pump the brakes a little. The property we bought isn’t exactly a house—it used to be a warehouse! There is one big warehouse and a small staff house on the lot. Since the big warehouse is going to be transformed into our main house, it’s not just a simple renovation—it’s going to be major construction work. For now, we’ll be settling in the small staff house while saving up and planning the massive transformation of the warehouse into our dream home. It’s a huge project, and it’s going to take time, but we’re excited about the journey ahead.

Speaking of bizarre things happening, I had the weirdest dream last night. Imagine this: I woke up (inside my dream, mind you) sitting at a long table surrounded by strangers. One familiar face? Giselle, a fellow yogini. But here’s the kicker—when I looked in the mirror, it wasn’t my face staring back at me. Nope, I had pink hair, a super-thin frame, and I looked Korean! I had somehow body-swapped into a completely different person! Naturally, I told my husband about it, and his take? I’m probably struggling to adapt to all these life changes to the point that I barely recognize myself. Makes sense.

Oh, and while I’m writing this, I have Incognito playing in the background. Yes, a Tagalog TV series! Who am I even? But hey, it’s on Netflix and easy to binge, so here we are.
Moral of the story? Life’s changing fast, and I need to document it. Maybe this blog revival will actually stick this time. And who knows? Maybe vlogging will make a comeback too. Stay tuned, folks!
