So, I just made the brilliant decision to watch the newly premiered Salem’s Lot on HBO Go. Let me tell you—it didn’t take long before I hit pause and bailed. The suspense was next-level, and don’t even get me started on the vampires. I thought I could handle it, but nope. I’m out!

What really sealed the deal? I was so freaked out that I didn’t even want to walk from my bed to the bathroom. Seriously, I might just hold my pee until morning at this point. There’s no way I’m walking through the dark after that. I’ll resume watching when the sun’s up and I can remind myself vampires don’t actually exist… right?

Lesson learned: Late-night horror movies and my nerves don’t mix!
